The clients requirement for this project was to have 4 houses (2 at ground level and 2 at first floor level) in a plot size of 60'x40'. Few plan options were created keeping access, natural ventilation, proper sizes for each house. On finalizing the plan, elevation and working drawing were submitted to the client.
