The Design of the club house was conceived to accommodate its open community hall at the ground floor with Triangulated structural columns and Society admin office neatly tucked at the back with a second entry. The first floor neatly accommodates a medium sized home theatre room and a lounge area, with a glass facade. The terrace has a small gym and an open green space. The project was presented to the client with a 3D Printed model of the design which can be opened into different floors and assembled together.
